  • How do I return an item?
    You can only apply for a Return/Exchange from your Outlaws Retails account. Login to your account and go the ‘My Orders’ section. Click on ‘View/Edit Order Details’ then cancel.
  • What is your returns policy?
    Outlaws Retail believes in customer satisfaction & we are helping our customers as far as possible, and we therefore have liberal cancellation policy. If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • How do I track my order?
    You can check the status of your order by clicking Track on the My Orders page. Sometime tracking link may take up to 24 hours from shipping to get activated. Once your order is placed, you will get confirmation of your order details on e-mail and SMS. Again, once order is dispatched you will be notified. In case of any unusual circumstances where your order got delayed, you will receive an update from us.
  • What are your payment options?
    We accept payments by all Credit Card, Debit Card, and Net Banking transactions along with COD option.
  • Do you provide International delivery?
    No, currently we are not provide international delivery.
